Section 461A.210 - Disposal of sewage1. Each mobile home park must be equipped with a system for collecting and disposing of all sewage. If a public system is available at or within the boundary of the mobile home park, the park must use the public system. If a public system is not available, a private system must be provided.2. A private system must be so located and maintained that it does not constitute a nuisance or health hazard to the occupants of the park or adjacent property.Nev. Admin. Code § 461A.210
