Section 458.342 - Application for certificationAn applicant for certification as a detoxification technician must submit to the Division a completed application. To be considered complete, an application must:
1. Be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $25; and2. Include: (a) Documentation verifying that the applicant meets the qualifications set forth in NAC 458.341;(b) A statement signed by the applicant indicating whether the applicant has been convicted of a felony and, if so, when and where the conviction occurred and a description of the offense;(c) Written verification of the applicant's current employment, if any;(d) Completed forms, approved by the Division, verifying the applicant's employment experience; and(e) Any other information required pursuant to this chapter or chapter 458 of NRS.Nev.
