Section 458.228 - Duties of operatorThe operator of a prevention program shall:
1. Submit to the Division a written statement signed and dated by the operator of the prevention program assuring the Division that the prevention program promotes the message to minors not to use alcohol, tobacco or other drugs. The operator must keep a copy of the written statement at each geographic location where the prevention program is providing services and make the copy available to the Division at the time of an inspection by the Division of the premises where the prevention program is providing services.2. Meet the applicable requirements of NAC 458.103 to 458.183, inclusive.3. In accordance with the criteria of the Division, include in the manual containing the policies and procedures of the prevention program a written process for evaluating the outcomes of the program and for participating in an evaluation of the program.Nev.
