Section 458.177 - Operators and staff: General ethical requirements1. An operator and the staff shall not knowingly provide false information to the Health Division or a representative of the Health Division.2. An operator and the staff shall use information that is generally accepted in the field of prevention or treatment of substance-related disorders.3. An operator shall supervise the staff to ensure that a member of the staff does not: (a) Become impaired in his or her ability to perform services; or(b) Perform activities which are unauthorized by his or her licensure or certification.4. An operator shall not allow a client or participant to grant power of attorney to the operator or a member of the staff.Nev. Admin. Code § 458.177
