Section 458.126 - Satellite offices1. The provision of services by the staff of a program at a satellite office will not be considered a change in geographic location for the purposes of subsection 4 of NAC 458.128.2. The physical records of a program may be available, but must not be permanently kept, at a satellite office.3. As used in this section, "satellite office" means an office of a program that is located in a facility which is not owned or leased by the program but is used by the program only to provide services. The term includes, without limitation, an office of the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department of Health and Human Services and in a county or city jail.Nev. Admin. Code § 458.126
