Section 458.123 - Notifications regarding changes affecting certification1. An operator shall notify the Division of any anticipated change which will affect the certification of the program not later than 60 days before the change will occur or as soon as the operator is aware of the change if the operator is not aware of the change at least 60 days before the change will occur. A change which will affect the certification of the program includes, without limitation:(a) A sale or transfer of ownership of the program;(b) A reorganization or change in the ownership interests of the program;(c) A change in the name of the program or the name of the owners of the program; and(d) Any other material change in the information submitted in the application for certification pursuant to NAC 458.108.2. The Division shall notify the operator of any actions the operator must take to maintain the certification of the program or whether the operator will be required to apply for a new certification as a result of the change.Nev.
