Section 453D.258 - Measurement of distance of proposed marijuana establishment from school or community facility

For the purposes of paragraph (c) of subsection 5 of NRS 453D.210, the distance must be measured from the front door of the proposed marijuana establishment to the closest point of the property line of a school or community facility.
