Section 453D.255 - Applicability of chapter to persons owning 5 percent interest or more in marijuana establishment; exception if public interest will be served1. Except as otherwise required in subsection 2, the requirements of this chapter concerning owners of marijuana establishments only apply to a person with an aggregate ownership interest of 5 percent or more in a marijuana establishment.2. If, in the judgment of the Department, the public interest will be served by requiring any owner with an ownership interest of less than 5 percent in a marijuana establishment to comply with any provisions of this chapter concerning owners of marijuana establishments, the Department will notify that owner and he or she must comply with those provisions.Nev.
