Section 453D.210 - Department authorized to collect fee for costs of investigating complaint if substantiated; hourly rate1. The Department may charge and collect a fee from any marijuana establishment that is involved in a complaint submitted to the Department by a consumer to recover the costs of investigating the complaint after the investigation is completed if the complaint is substantiated. The fee will be based upon the hourly rate established for each investigator of marijuana establishments as determined by the budget of the Department.2. As used in this section, "substantiated" means supported or established by evidence or proof.Nev. Admin. Code § 453D.210
