Section 453D.205 - Initial licensing fee; revocation of license for failure to pay1. Within 10 days after the issuance of a license pursuant to NAC 453D.272 or 453D.278, the applicant shall pay the initial licensing fee of:(a) For a marijuana cultivation facility, $30,000.(b) For a marijuana distributor, $15,000.(c) For a marijuana product manufacturing facility, $10,000.(d) For a marijuana testing facility, $15,000.(e) For a retail marijuana store, $20,000.2. If an applicant fails to pay the initial licensing fee required by subsection 1 within the 10-day period, the Department will revoke the license.Nev. Admin. Code § 453D.205
