Section 449.61308 - Compliance with regulations; ground for suspension or revocation of license

For the duration of his or her license to operate an independent center for emergency medical care, a licensee shall continuously maintain the center in compliance with the provisions of NAC 449.61302 to 449.61384, inclusive. Any violation of those provisions is a ground for the suspension or revocation of the license.
