Section 449.61306 - Denial of application for license or renewal of license

An application for a license to operate an independent center for emergency medical care or for the renewal of the license may be denied if the center, employees of the center or equipment within the center do not meet the requirements of NAC 449.61302 to 449.61384, inclusive, or, in the opinion of the Division, threaten or potentially threaten the health or safety of the general public.
