Section 449.4087 - Written assessments of clientsUpon admission, an initial written assessment must be made of any person admitted to the facility. Within 30 days after admission, another written assessment must be completed which must include:
1. An evaluation of the client's physical and mental health;2. A history of the client's social development;3. A list of formal and informal systems for emotional support which are available to the client;4. An evaluation of the tasks required for daily living that can be performed by the client;5. A list of programs for financial assistance which are available to the client; and6. The plan for care of the client.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.4087
