Section 449.4086 - Evaluation of programs and policies1. Every facility must have a written plan for the annual evaluation of its programs and policies. The plan must describe the: (a) Schedule for the annual evaluation;(b) Subjects covered by the evaluation; and(c) Methods to be used in conducting the evaluation.2. The evaluation must include an assessment of the: (a) Success of the programs offered at the facility;(b) Efficiency and effectiveness of the facility's programs, including the extent to which a program is economical in terms of tangible benefits produced by the money spent; and(c) Relation of the facility's programs to other services in the community and the availability of long-term care.Nev.
