Section 446.415 - Disposal of sewage1. All sewage, including liquid waste, must be disposed of in a manner approved by the health authority.2. Facilities for the disposal of sewage which do not use water, including nonsewered toilets, are prohibited except as permitted by the health authority for a temporary food establishment which is in a remote area or because of special situations.Nev.
