Section 446.412 - Ornamental attractions of water1. An ornamental attraction of water must be maintained in a clean condition to ensure that it is free from algae, fungal and bacterial growth, insects and other invertebrate organisms.2. An ornamental attraction of water must be separated from an area in which a customer walks or sits by a partition, fence, planter, wall or other means approved by the health authority.Nev. Admin.
