Section 446.631 - Permit required to operate1. It is unlawful for any person to operate a temporary food establishment unless the health authority has issued a valid permit therefor.2. The permit issued pursuant to this section is not transferable from person to person or from place to place.3. The health authority may impose additional requirements to protect against potential health hazards related to the operation of such food establishments.4. Operators may be required to provide documentation which proves that food to be served at a temporary food establishment was obtained from an approved source.Nev. Admin. Code § 446.631
