Section 446.9468 - Cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces1. The holder of a permit for the operation of a food establishment shall clean and sanitize the surfaces which may come into contact with food on a portable unit for service of food as often as necessary to maintain sanitary conditions.2. Cleaning of the portable unit for service of food must be performed in the servicing area or food establishment in which the portable unit is located. If the portable unit has an integral cleaning and sanitizing system built into the unit, it must be operated so that the surfaces which may come into contact with food are cleaned daily.Nev. Admin.
