Section 446.0257 - "Premises" defined"Premises" means:
1. The physical facility, its contents and the contiguous land or property under the control of the permit holder; or2. The physical facility, its contents and the land or property not described in subsection 1 if: (a) The facility and its contents are under the control of the permit holder and may impact the personnel, facilities or operations of a food establishment; and(b) The food establishment is only one component of a larger operation, including, without limitation, a health care facility, hotel, motel, school, recreational camp or prison.Nev.
