Section 446.01256 - "Dealer" defined"Dealer" means a person who:
1. Is authorized by a shellfish control authority for the activities of shellstock shipper, shucker-packer, repacker, reshipper or depuration processor of molluscan shellfish according to the provisions of the National Shellfish Sanitation Program;2. Is engaged in the sale of nursery plant stock; or3. Is engaged in the distribution of wholesale liquor.Nev. Admin. Code § 446.01256
