Section 445B.256 - Monitoring systems: Calibration, operation and maintenance of equipment

The owners or operators of all stationary sources identified in Appendix P of 40 C.F.R. § 51 (1.1 ) as amended from time to time, are required to install, calibrate, operate and maintain all monitoring equipment necessary for continuously monitoring the pollutants specified in Appendix P for the applicable source category. Those stationary sources must meet the basic requirements of Appendix P of 40 C.F.R. § 51 (2.0 et seq.).
