Section 445A.921 - Filing reports from monitoring and results of periodic tests1. Reports containing information obtained by monitoring as required by the permit must be filed with the Director at least quarterly.2. The results of the testing for mechanical integrity of an injection well and any other periodic testing required by the Director must be filed with the first quarterly report after the completion of the tests.Nev.
