Section 445A.66875 - Water wells: Documentation of right to divert water

Before a public water system uses a water well as a source of water, the supplier of water shall submit to the Division or the appropriate district board of health documentation indicating that the supplier of water has a legal right to divert water from the well for municipal, quasi-municipal or domestic purposes.
