Section 445A.9634 - Transfer of permit to new owner or operator of system

A permit may be transferred to a new owner or operator of the on-site sewage disposal system upon application to the Division or other administrative authority. Until notice is given by the Division or other administrative authority that a permit is transferred, the owner or operator set forth on the face of the most recently issued or renewed permit is responsible for complying with NAC 445A.950 to 445A.9706, inclusive.
