Section 445A.9632 - Annual reportsAn owner or operator of an on-site sewage disposal system shall submit annually all reports as specified in the permit. In addition to the information required by the permit, each annual report must include a written certification prepared by a maintenance provider indicating that:
1. The system has been maintained in accordance with NAC 445A.950 to 445A.9706, inclusive;2. The system is operating in accordance with the approved design specifications and the operations and maintenance manual prepared pursuant to NAC 445A.970; and3. Testing samples required by the permit or the operations and maintenance manual, if any, have been analyzed and the results submitted to the Division or other administrative authority.Nev. Admin.
