Section 445A.392 - Application for permit: Construction or modification of process component; abbreviated application1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a person wishing to construct or modify materially a process component at a facility must file an application for a permit pursuant to NAC 445A.394.2. Persons wishing to construct a placer mining facility or other facility which relies solely on physical separation methods to process ore may file an abbreviated application for a permit pursuant to NAC 445A.414. The application must be accompanied by the appropriate fee as required by section 1.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.392
