Section 445A.778 - Consistency of project with water quality management plan

A project must be consistent with the approved elements of any applicable water quality management plan developed pursuant to 33 U.S.C. § 1285(j), 1288, 1313(e) or 1329 and the applicant must be the wastewater management agency designated in that plan.
