Section 445A.777 - Certification of compliance with requirements of federal law

Before an agreement for financial assistance is transmitted to it for signature, a recipient must certify that it has complied and will comply with all requirements of federal law that are determined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency to apply to the operation of the fund.
