Section 445A.771 - Examination of plans and specifications; submission of documents for review1. An examination of the plans and specifications for a project must be performed to determine whether: (a) The design is consistent with the facilities described in the facility plan;(b) The proposed project, in concept, will meet discharge requirements; and(c) The project will comply with applicable federal and state requirements.2. An applicant shall submit the following documents for review:(b) Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, a set of specifications and plans not less than 90 percent complete. Depending upon the complexity of the project, a 50 percent submittal may be required.(c) A final set of specifications and plans.
