Section 445A.67533 - "Intended use plan" defined

"Intended use plan" means a report that the Division prepares which describes how this State will use the money it receives from the federal capitalization grant and the money it uses to provide the required matching funds to achieve the objectives of the Safe Drinking Water Act and further the goal of protecting public health.
