Section 445A.67532 - "Finding of no significant impact" defined

"Finding of no significant impact" means a determination by the Division, after the review of an environmental assessment, that:

1. A water project will not have a significant effect on the human environment; and

2. The Division will not require the applicant to submit an environmental impact statement.
