"Dosing tank" means a watertight receptacle located between a septic tank and a disposal area equipped with an automatic siphon device or pumps designed to discharge sewage intermittently in the distribution lines in amounts proportioned to the capacity of such lines and to provide adequate rest periods between such discharges.
