Section 444.759 - "Domestic sewage" defined

"Domestic sewage" means liquid and water-borne waste that is derived from the ordinary living process and is of such character as to permit its satisfactory disposal into a public sewer without special treatment or into a private sewage disposal system. The term does not include industrial waste.
