Section 444.424 - Inspections1. The owner, or his or her agent, shall notify the health authority at specific predetermined stages of construction and at the time of completion of the public spa to permit inspection of the public spa and related equipment during and after construction.2. In areas of the State where the health authority cannot provide the inspection and where local government does not require building inspections, the owner or his or her agent may be required to hire an independent inspector. The independent inspector may be selected by the owner or his or her agent upon the approval of the health authority.3. No public spa may be placed in operation until such inspections show compliance with the requirements of NAC 444.310 to 444.512, inclusive.Nev. Admin. Code § 444.424
