Section 444.272 - Number of lifeguards required

If lifeguard service is provided at a public bathing or swimming facility, the number of lifeguards must be adequate to maintain continuous surveillance over the bathers. At no time may there be fewer lifeguards than guard stations if there are more than 75 persons bathing or swimming at the facility.
