Section 440.150 - Preparation of new birth certificate: Signatures

On any new birth certificate prepared by the State Registrar as specified in NAC 440.100 to 440.140, inclusive, and sections 2 to 6, inclusive, the item labeled "Certifier Signature" must be typed or entered in conformity with the signature appearing on the original certificate and the item labeled "Registrar Signature" must be signed by the State Registrar.
