Section 424.480 - Maintenance, availability and disposition of records regarding childrenIn addition to maintaining the records required by sections 39 and 49, as applicable:
1. The foster home shall maintain ongoing records on the child's development, behavior and treatment, which may include a daily log and a monthly evaluation, as prescribed by the agency with responsibility for the child. The records must be made available upon request to the agency which provides child welfare services2. The foster home shall inventory the child's clothing and belongings when the child is placed in the home and when the placement ends.3. The foster home shall maintain records on the child's medical and dental care.4. When a child leaves a family foster home, all records must be given to the child's caseworker. A specialized foster home and a foster care agency must retain a child's records in the manner described in subsection 7 of NRS 629.051 for a health care record.Nev. Admin. Code § 424.480
