Section 424.478 - Notice of request to remove child from family foster homeA provider of foster care shall provide the agency responsible for a foster child with at least 10 working days' notice of any request for the removal of the child from the foster home unless:
1. The provider has a written agreement with the agency which provides child welfare services to the contrary; or2. There is an immediate and unanticipated danger to the foster child or another person if the child is not removed before that notice can be given.Nev. Admin. Code § 424.478
