Section 424.380 - Lavatories and toiletries; laundry1. A group foster home must have at least one toilet and one tub or shower for every eight children and at least one washbasin with hot and cold running water for every five children.2. A family foster home must have at least one toilet and one tub or shower and at least one washbasin with hot and cold running water.3. Lavatory facilities must be located in such a manner as to be conveniently accessible from areas used for sleeping, living and recreation.4. Each child must have his own toilet articles and be provided with towels and washcloths which are changed as often as is necessary to maintain sanitation and cleanliness.5. Provisions must be made for laundry facilities in group homes adequate to meet the needs of the children and staff of the foster home.Nev. Admin. Code § 424.380
