Section 422.Sec. 11 - NEWThe operator of a program shall:
1. Develop and maintain a manual of policies and procedures for the program which includes, without limitation, policies and procedures for:(a) The management and operation of the program in accordance with section 12;(b) The provision of tenancy support services in accordance with section 13; and(c) Addressing issues that may threaten the housing of a client or negatively impact the health and safety of a client in accordance with section 14.2. Comply with the policies and procedures developed pursuant to subsection 1.3. Provide a copy of the manual developed pursuant to subsection 1 to any person upon request.Nev. Admin. Code § 422.Sec. 11
