Section 388A.105 - "First day of operation of the charter school after the charter contract has been executed" interpreted

For the purposes of subsection 8 of NRS 388A.270, the "first day of operation of the charter school after the charter contract has been executed" means the July 1 immediately preceding the first day that the charter school provides instruction to pupils.
