Section 388A.100 - Committee to form charter school and governing body: Interpretation of statutory qualification for membership

As used in subsection 4 of NRS 388A.240 and subsection 6 of NRS 388A.320, the Department will interpret the term "2 years of experience as an employed teacher" to mean 2 years of experience as an employed teacher in any state in a position for which a teaching license is required.
