The governing body of a charter school must obtain approval from the sponsor of the charter school for any of the following amendments to the charter contract:
1. Changing the name or location of the charter school.2. Changing the mission or goals of the charter school that were described in the application to form the charter school pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 388A.246.3. An amendment to a condition set forth in the charter contract that the governing body must satisfy before the charter school provides instruction to pupils.4. An amendment to a plan for the transportation of pupils.5. Expanding the instruction and other educational services provided by the charter school to pupils who are enrolled in grade levels other than the grade levels of pupils currently approved for enrollment in the charter school.6. Eliminating one or more grade levels for which the charter school provides instruction or other educational services.Nev. Admin. Code § 388A.330
