Section 349.415 - Examination of books and records1. An obligor's books, accounts and other records pertaining to a water project must be open to inspection by representatives of the Director during regular business hours. The Director will conduct such examinations of the records as he or she deems appropriate to determine compliance with Nevada law.2.
