Section 321.050 - Recordation of mining claims1. The recordation, pursuant to chapter 517 of NRS, of all documents related to mining claims on the public lands shall be deemed to fulfill the reporting requirements of subsection 1 of NAC 321.030 and subsection 1 of NAC 321.060 as they relate to filing of mining claims.2. The State Land Registrar hereby authorizes the locator to use and develop the claim if the activity does not violate any statute, ordinance or administrative regulation or the rights of any other person.Nev.
