Section 321.040 - Authorization given without prejudice to Nevada

Any written authorization given by the State Land Registrar pursuant to this chapter is without prejudice to or waiver of any claim of the State of Nevada for any money or other consideration received or given for any sale, use or other disposition of any public land.
