Section 293.073 - Determination by Secretary of State of names and abbreviations of political parties authorized to appear on ballot

On or before January 15 of each year, the Secretary of State will determine the names or abbreviations of all political parties that may appear on ballots immediately following the name of each candidate for partisan office pursuant to NRS 293.267.
