Section 289.055 - "Lesson plan" defined

"Lesson plan" means a document which specifically describes the material presented during a course of instruction. For the purpose of certifying a school, a "lesson plan" is the document submitted to the Executive Director for certification and represents the material approved by the Commission for instruction.
