Section 289.053 - "Less than lethal weapon" defined

"Less than lethal weapon" means a weapon that is designed and manufactured with the intent that it not create a substantial risk of causing death or serious bodily injury when a person with appropriate training uses the weapon in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
