Section 284.094 - "Reclassification" defined

"Reclassification" means a change in the allocation of a position by:

1. Raising it to a class with a higher grade;

2. Reducing it to a class with a lower grade; or

3. Moving it to another class at the same grade on the basis of significant changes in kind, difficulty or responsibility of the work performed.
